Concession tickets are available to passengers 4 to 17 years old, or those with a concession card eligible for Transport Concession. Examples of these are PTC Student Concession Card, Seniors Card, Pension Card, or Health Care Card.
Free travel is available to children under 4 years, Blind pass holders, or TPI Card holders.

How long are the tickets valid?
On payment of the appropriate fare, you will be issued with a ticket that is valid for a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 hours travel. This means that the ticket is valid until the next hour plus 2 hours and is valid for use on any bus operating in the valid zone.
For example, a passenger could catch a bus from Grovedale at 9:05 a.m. and be issued with a ticket valid until 12:00 noon. They would then catch a bus back to Grovedale at 11:30 a.m. having done their Shopping and be home for lunch, all for the cost of one minimal fare.
